possy888 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as a regulatory requirement. Members are required to submit a clear photograph of their Malaysian Identity Card (front and back) before their first withdrawal. possy888 may also request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds at any stage.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. possy888 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to possy888 immediately at [email protected].

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though possy888 may apply daily or monthly limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification status. possy888 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Nothing in this clause restricts possy888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect possy888's intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
possy888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect seven (7) days after notification unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case it takes effect immediately.
Your continued use of the possy888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
